The spa is raised, with a natural fieldstone veneer and a bluestone cap. The gas fire pit is remote controlled, also with a fieldstone veneer and bluestone cap. The pool has an auto-cover to protect from debris.

The raised spa provides a throne from which to observe the pool with the orb sculpture in perfect alignment. The existing orb sculpture was moved to a strategic spot and lit from underneath to become even more prominent at night.

The contemporary 20x40 pool with a black onyx finish was carefully placed to be aesthetically pleasing while avoiding the existing underground plumbing.

The pool was positioned in the one spot permitted by the infrastructure of the yard, and its placement is ideal. The black onyx finish of the pool matches the color of the nearby ocean.

This outdoor living space features a contemporary 20×40 pool with a black onyx finish and a raised spa adorned with a natural fieldstone veneer that compliment an artistic orb sculpture, all in perfect alignment. Dual upper and lower custom patios are made of bluestone. Each landscaping element is united – connecting the house to the pool, fire pit entertaining area, and barbeque nook — and then transition gracefully into an expansive lawn and greenery beyond. Fencing, landscape lighting and free-floating bluestone tiles create additional privacy, soften the look of the patio and connect the house with the lawn.
