An expansive patio with a dramatic view over Long Island Sound is the centerpiece of this newly built waterfront property. Odd Job Landscaping constructed the patios, paths, stairs, and driveway; the stone veneer façade; an outdoor grilling station; and a stunning negative-edge pool that appears to merge seamlessly with the Sound. Materials were carefully selected to harmonize throughout the property: thermal top bluestone for the front entry and Chinese granite for the patio decking and pathways – all unified by square and rectangular, natural stone veneer masonry. A tempered glass railing with hidden fasteners borders the patio on either side of the pool – ensuring that nothing interferes with the home’s panoramic views of the Sound.
